Step 1:

We provide a commercial-only curated catalog — not everything factories can make, only what makes sense.

Step 2:

Product Selection

You shortlist items based on:

  • Design
  • Specifications
  • Target price range

We confirm factory capability and feasibility before moving forward.

Step 3:

Quotation

You receive a detailed quotation including:

  • Unit price
  • MOQ
  • Estimated production time
  • Packaging method
  • Trade terms (EXW / FOB / CIF if required)

Step 4:

Price Acceptance

Once pricing is confirmed, we lock:

  • Factory
  • Specifications
  • Commercial terms

No changes after this stage without revision.

Step 5:

Sample Order

Samples are produced for:

  • Quality verification
  • Finish confirmation
  • Structural testing

Sample costs are separate and non-refundable.

Step 6:

Sample Approval

You either:

  • Approve the sample
  • Request revisions

Only approved samples move to mass production.

Step 7:

Final Quotation

After sample approval, we issue a final commercial quotation reflecting confirmed specifications.

Step 8:

Order Acceptance

A formal order confirmation is issued including:

  • Final prices
  • Quantities
  • Production schedule

Step 9:

Proforma Invoice Issued

The invoice includes:

  • Order details
  • Payment schedule
  • Banking details

Step 10:

Advance Payment

Production starts only after deposit is received.                                                    This protects:

  • Raw material booking
  • Production slot allocation

Step 11:

Production

Factories begin manufacturing according to approved sample and specs.

Step 12:

Quality Control During Production

Third-party or internal inspections can be arranged:

  • Mid-production checks
  • Material verification

Step 13:

Post-Production Quality Inspection

Final inspection ensures:

  • Quantity accuracy
  • Finish consistency
  • Packaging compliance

Step 14:

Balance Payment

100% payment must be completed before shipment release.

Step 15:

Loading & Dispatch

We supervise:

  • Quantity accuracy
  • Finish consistency
  • Packaging compliance

Step 17:

Documentation

You receive:

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Bill of lading
